Response options: -99, Didn't bother with mail-in ballot!, Didn't receive ballot, Did not receive voting kit!!, used mail in ballots to much of a nuisance, I didn’t receive my ballot thru mail, No legitimate reason, tried, but unable to get through to get a mail in ballot, Did not want to vote by mail, Could not vote because of security concerns with registration for mail ballots and not in person voting stations, it was to much trouble to vote because of the mail in system, I didn't get registered because of a flaw in the system, I was not able to get through to request my voting by mail card., Couldn't get through on the phone to order a package, I was not happy with the mail in ballot system, I could not find where to get the ballot for the mail in, I did not get the time to register online and when I went to do it the deadline passed

Response options: -99, Uploading the proof of identity, It was difficult to trust the process, far too bureaucratic for the average voter to bother going through all the required steps, We requested our package early but after a week or so, we were advised that we would not get our ballot in time even though there was still a number of days to the deadline to request a package. Then the package does show up., some issues with some info on outside on main envelope
