Amir Farmanesh is the CEO of People Analytics and VoxDash™ focusing on demystifying people's behaviors and opinions in complex societies and difficult contexts. Filling a long-standing void on global knowledge of people’s opinions in hard to reach societies, research conducted by our team has had a notable impact being widely utilized and cited over 1,200 times by 470 different global and local media outlets.

Manisha Shah is a development economist whose primary research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of applied microeconomics, health, and development. She originally received her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley. She has written several papers on the economics of sex markets in order to learn how more effective policies and programs can be deployed to slow the spread of HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections. She also works in the area of child health and education. Shah has been the PI on various impact evaluations and randomized controlled trials and is currently leading projects in Tanzania, Indonesia, and India. She has also worked extensively in Ecuador and Mexico. Her research has been supported by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the World Bank, and the National Science Foundation, among others. She is an editor at Journal of Health Economics and an Associate Editor at The Review of Economics and Statistics.

I serve as liaison to the Health Sciences at Widener and Outreach Coordinator for Wolfgram Memorial Library. I have experience working in corporate science, as well as being the User Experience (UX) Designer for an instructional design team at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. I was drawn to librarianship because I love helping people find what they are passionate about. I am a specialist in Evidence Based Practice, mindfulness, and Team Science. My professional interests include the use of graphic design in health literacy, LGBTQ+ issues in health care, and UX for libraries. As Outreach Coordinator I have the opportunity to promote the library's collections, services, and resources using displays, social media, and events. Caleb Rosado is Associate Dean of Arts & Sciences at Odessa College, in Odessa, TX. He holds a doctorate in sociology from Northwestern University, a Master’s in New Testament Studies from Andrews University, and a Bachelors in Theology from Pacific Union College. He has taught in diverse academic settings in the United States, the UK, and in Latin America. These venues include: community colleges; small to midsize private colleges and universities; and large state universities. He has served as department chair in two schools, and as director of a branch campus in Chicago. His areas of expertise in sociology are: Race Relations, Theory, Urban, Religion, Latina/o Studies, and Wisdom/Ethics. Dr. Rosado has also been a human systems consultant since 1978. He has worked on issues of human relations and human systems change with government agencies; universities; K-12 school districts; corporations; churches; and community organizations. He has studied religion and social change in revolutionary Cuba, refugee life in internment camps in Thailand, street life in England, and cultural life in Spain. He has written three books and numerous professional articles. His latest publication, in his current area of research focus (quantum physics and urban transformation), is titled “Context Determines Content: Quantum Physics as a Framework for “Wholeness” in Urban Transformation.” Published in the September 2008 issue of the Urban Studies Journal. Prior to coming to Odessa College, Caleb taught full-time at Warner Pacific College heading up the Urban Studies Program, and part-time at Chemeketa Community College in Woodburn, OR, teaching Sociology and Chicano Studies.
